This position will support teachers in developing proactive and positive classroom strategies that focus on student mental health needs that affect classroom management and student success.  

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for leading and partnering with educators to create safe supportive learning environments for all students. The ideal candidate will have successful experience teaching students with social emotional and mental health challenges. 

The primary duties of the position include:

  1. One on one coaching 
  1. Small group training and facilitation 
  1. Collaborating with teams of educators and administrators 

Preferred qualifications:

  1. 5+ years teaching experience 
  1. Master’s degree

Required Skills:

  1. Very strong problem-solving skills. 
  1. Creative and innovative thinking. 
  1. Exceptional relationship building skills. 
  1. Clear and effective communication skills.
  1. Assisting with classroom and school wide program implementation

Salary dependent upon experience within the education/mental health field
