Pathways to Tomorrow is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health Careers Teacher to prepare students for careers in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging instruction in health science pathways, integrate hands-on learning experiences, and support students in developing the skills necessary for post-secondary education and healthcare professions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with the state CTE and health science standards
  • Teach courses related to health careers such as medical terminology, anatomy + physiology, healthcare systems, and patient care fundamentals
  • Provide hands-on instruction through labs, simulations, and clinical-based learning activities
  • Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications where applicable
  • Supervise students in work-based learning experiences, internships, or clinical observations
  • Integrate career readiness skills including professionalism, communication, teamwork, and ethics in healthcare
  • Assess student performance using a variety of evaluation methods
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom and laboratory environment
  • Collaborate with school staff, healthcare partners, and community organizations
  • Participate in professional development, faculty meeting, and school events
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Valid teaching certification/licensure or ability to obtain certification in Health Science or Career & Technical Education
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare field
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

PREFERRED:

  • Current healthcare credential (RN, LPN, EMT, CNA, or related certification
  • Prior teaching or training experience
  • Experience with CTE programs or career pathway instruction

Educational Service Unit #2 is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
– Assessment & Diagnosis: Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders (including expressive/receptive language, social pragmatics, and voice) – IEP Development: Develop and implement individualized goals for Students with Disabilities, ensuring they are aligned with the state standards and the student’s functional needs – Direct Therapy: Provide evidence-based intervention in various settings, including one-on-one sessions, small groups, and push-in classroom support – Compliance: Maintain timely and accurate records for Medicaid billing, progress reports, and annual IEP meetings

Educational Service Unit #2 is accepting applications for a School Psychologies for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities:
– Assessment & Identification: Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for Special Education services including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments – Consultation: Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop classroom interventions and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) – Data-Driven Advocacy: Utilize data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of individual, group, and classroom interventions – Behavioral Support: Lead the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Educational Service Unit #2 is accepting applications for a full-time Secondary Math teacher to work at ESU 2 Independent School. ESU 2 Independent School is a K-12 school serving students in an alternative, specialized setting. We are located 2 miles South of Fremont, Nebraska on Highway 77. Responsibilities:
– Create curriculum and lesson plans for 6-12 math classes.
– Provide instruction to students in grade-level groups to better support their learning needs.
– Assign work, projects, and tests.
– Evaluate student progress and provide progress reports.
– Maintain and manage the classroom environment.
– Learn and implement our specific expectations, including the point card system

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in education or related subject.
