MEET HANK!
Hank is a Bernese Mountain Dog. This breed originated in Switzerland and was used as companions or watchdogs for farmers, as well as working dogs that pulled carts. BMDs are generally very calm and known to be particularly gentle with children.
Hank works at ESU2 as a therapy dog with his handler, Jill Johnson, TVI. He completed 12 weeks of training through United Paws Dog Training in Omaha, NE. He received his AKC Good Citizen registration and Certified Therapy Dog the summer of 2022. Hank loves visiting children at schools, chasing balls, and eating socks.
