ESU 2 functions as the consortium administrator for the Carl Perkins V funds. This role is fulfilled through a variety of ways:
- Professional Development Enhancement: Provides professional development opportunities tailored for CTE staff, school counselors, and administrators to foster skills and knowledge enhancement.
- Comprehensive CTE Planning: Supports districts in devising and implementing a strategic and comprehensive CTE plan that aligns with educational and industry standards.
- Industry and Business Networking Facilitation: Offers extensive networking opportunities with key business and industry partners to foster collaboration and real-world engagement.
- Work-Based Learning Development: Assists in the creation and implementation of innovative work-based learning programs that integrate practical experience with academic instruction.
