CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS

The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): steering team meetings, mission/ vision work, data support, data dashboards, comprehensive needs assessment, CIP goal selection, action plans, program evaluation, and preparing for the CIP external visit.


MTSS (MULTI-TIERED SYSTEM OF SUPPORTS)
Consultation workshops or direct work with school districts to establish a Multi-tiered System of Support processes and practices, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports ‘PBIS’ and Social Emotional and Behavioral Learning ‘SEBL’.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): regional meetings, team meetings, data analysis, action plans, creating processes/protocols, on-site coaching, Targeted Improvement Plan ‘TIP’, Performance Enhancement and Knowledge ‘PEaK’ Project, collaboration with NeMTSS.


LEADERSHIP
A series of opportunities to engage in discussion and learn about initiatives and professional growth.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): Leadership meetings, Mentoring training, Coaching, Leadership Learning Walks, Walkthrough development, Evaluation tool development, Technology Integration tools, Review of principal and teacher standards, adult learners, balanced leadership, change process/change management, team building.


Curriculum
Consultation, workshops or direct work with school districts to assist in the curriculum development process, including the selection and implementation of instructional materials.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): curriculum alignment, articulation of instructional units and scope and sequence, incorporating standards into classroom practice, high quality instructional materials selection and consultation, curriculum guides, ELA- LETRS, ORTON-GILLINGHAM, Sonday, other specific interventions


Instruction
Consultation, workshops, or direct work with school districts that focus on optimal learning environments and effective instructional strategies.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): classroom culture, classroom management, effective instructional strategies, explicit instruction, co-teaching, cooperative learning, differentiation of instruction, para institute, and webinars


Assessment
Consultation, workshops, or direct work with school districts to develop formative and summative assessments and analyze and apply diagnostic, formative, interim, and summative data.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): the creation of classroom and district assessments, analysis of assessment data results, using assessment data to inform instruction, training, and consultation related to classroom, state, and national data, MAPGrowth, NSCAS, Nebraska Reading Improvement Act approved assessments.


Digital Learning
Professional learning and direct support for districts and teachers in digital learning.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): blended learning, remote learning, hybrid learning, tools and resources used to facilitate digital learning, on-site classroom observations, technical assistance support, workshop facilitation, and one-on-one consultation.


Coaching
Consultation with individual educators,- paras, teachers, and principals.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): classroom observations, reflective conversations, goal-setting, peer coaching, and instructional rounds.


New Teacher Academy
Teachers that are new to the profession or new to the districts served are given the opportunity to learn with others professionals with the same status. The focus of New Teacher Academy is on research-based best practices designed across various services to support beginning teachers and their mentors.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to): lesson design, classroom management, student engagement, high-yield strategies, technology integration, special education, parent-teacher conferences, and professionalism.


Instructional Model and Evaluation
Training and support in developing district-wide practices for teacher or principal evaluation.
The scope of the service can include(but is not limited to) Instructional framework adoption, consultation; training in evaluation best practices; administrator observation and data collection; ESU2 Grows-Staff Evaluation Tool Support
