Literature Workshop:This interactive workshop is designed for educators who work with children and are interested in harnessing the power of literature to enhance social-emotional learning (SEL). Participants will explore strategies for selecting and using stories that use CASEL Competencies:self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, relationship skills, and social awareness. Through collaborative discussions, and practical examples, educators will learn how to integrate literature seamlessly into their curriculum to support children’s social and emotional growth. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, book recommendations, and lesson ideas that encourage meaningful conversations and promote a positive classroom climate.

This collaborative professional development opportunity is designed for School Age and Early Childhood SLPs, Early Childhood Special Educators, Teachers of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, and Teachers of the Visually Impaired.The sessions will focus on updates related to special education compliance, allow for cross-disciplinary collaboration, and provide continued professional learning tailored to each role. Participants will engage in both whole-group and breakout activities that support meaningful application to their practice.All providers are encouraged to bring questions, and resources to share and discuss with colleagues.

Our topics will cover assessment, acceleration, problem-based learning, grouping and social and emotional learning.

Participants will explore strategies for using visual art and creative projects to support the development of CASEL’s five core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Through hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and practical examples, educators will leave with tools and lesson ideas that foster emotional expression, empathy, and problem-solving in their students, while cultivating a joyful and engaging classroom environment.

Join in with this group that meets quarterly to discuss issues of particular interest to women leaders.Elementary and Secondary leaders will meet separately.

Problem-Solving Process and Application

PRT is a collaborative community that supports one another in meeting the needs of Early Intervention.

This course investigates theories, concepts, and practical tools related to grief and loss. It’s designed with school professionals in mind. This training will provide you with a better understanding a practical tools for supporting students experiencing grief.

Content Cadres is the ESU hosted PLC opportunity for NDE representatives to meet with teachers in music, art, and PE.

This is the first workshop for teachers participating in the RESTORE Grant.Topics include an overview of high ability learners, identification, a review of MTSS for HAL, and differentiation strategies to use with HAL students.
