Teaching + Learning Specialists partner with each district to support continuous improvement, data analysis, state initiatives, action planning, and goals. In addition, each specialist has content-specific knowledge accessible to all districts. The scope of the service can include: steering team meetings, mission/ vision work, data analysis, data dashboards, comprehensive needs assessment, CIP goal determination, action plans, program evaluation, preparing for the CIP external visit, connecting to other school plans

MTSS included both academics and Social Emotional and Behavioral Learning (SEBL). 

 

The scope of the service can include: regional meetings, team meetings, data analysis, action plans, creating processes/ protocols, on-site coaching, Targeted Improvement Plan ‘TIP’, Performance Enhancement and Knowledge Project (PEaK), collaboration with NeMTSS, system guidance

The scope of the service can include: curriculum and standards alignment, scope and sequence planning, incorporating standards into classroom practice, high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) selection and implementation, curriculum guides, shifts in content, classroom walkthroughs

The focus of New Teacher Academy is on research-based best practices, classroom management, student engagement, brain science, high-impact strategies, technology integration, special education, parent interactions, professionalism, and more. Sessions are designed for first year teachers.
