In addition, each specialist has content-specific knowledge accessible to all districts. The scope of the service can include: steering team meetings, mission/ vision work, data analysis, data dashboards, comprehensive needs assessment, CIP goal determination, action plans, program evaluation, preparing for the CIP external visit, connecting to other school plans

Curriculum

The scope of the service can include: curriculum and standards alignment, scope and sequence planning, incorporating standards into classroom practice, high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) selection and implementation, curriculum guides, shifts in content, classroom walkthroughs

Leadership

The scope of the service can include: leadership meetings, individual and team coaching, leadership learning walks, walkthrough development, evaluation tool development, review of principal and teacher standards, balanced leadership, change process/change management, team building

Instructional Support

The scope of the service can include: coaching classroom culture, classroom management, effective instructional strategies, explicit instruction, co-teaching, cooperative learning, differentiation, para support, best practices in each content area, high-impact teaching strategies (HITS)

New Teacher Academy

The focus of New Teacher Academy is on research-based best practices, classroom management, student engagement, brain science, high-impact strategies, technology integration, special education, parent interactions, professionalism, and more. Sessions are designed for first year teachers.
