We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to serve as our next Principal of our Behavioral School. This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring that all students receive the support and resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be an experienced educational leader who has a deep understanding of behavioral challenges and the importance of individualized instruction and support.

Qualifications:

  • Hold or have the ability to hold a valid  Nebraska Administration Certification.
  • Proven experience in school leadership, particularly in behavioral education or special education settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of behavior management strategies and interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students, staff, parents, and the community.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student outcomes.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Experience working with students with behavioral and emotional challenges is highly desirable.
