On-site support visits are pre-authorized by your LAN (Local Area Network) or DL (Distance Learning) Manager(s) and, subsequently, validated by appropriate district personnel in the presence of the assigned ESU2 network technician.

ESU 2 offers annual, on-site service support packages for special LAN projects or trouble ticket issues not resolved via remote access or consultation.
