Why We Serve
We serve schools because we love what we do. The work of helping schools face new challenges is some of the most exciting work in education. The Educational Service Unit system in Nebraska is legislatively charged with the responsibility of assisting schools. Educational Service Unit funding structures also direct the types of service we provide.
We believe that people are number one... students, teachers, and administrators are our most important client. When educators get the information and assistance they need in a timely manner, with great courtesy, and from people who genuinely want to help, they are more likely to be successful in improving student achievement Our goal at the ESU #2 Professional Development Center is to improve learning, and we do that by helping schools meet the challenges of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and leadership.
