ESU#2 Superintendents Discuss Leadership
Leadership within school improvement has been a theme during the 06-07 Superintendents meetings at ESU#2. Recently, Superintendents were asked to complete a leadership style assessment. Information was provided that describes various leadership styles. A discussion (see photo) with superintendents illustrated the many ways their leadership impacts the districts they serve.
