IEP Writing Workshop

Theresa Ferg, Lou Bauer, and Larianne Polk presented “IEP Writing Workshop” to approximately 50 participants. This workshop was designed for special education teachers, speech pathologists, and any other provider who may write or contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for school aged children. Referencing Federal and State Regulations, presenters helped participants learn what components of an IEP were required, how to comply with regulations using the Student Record System. Additionally, participants received a copy of an example IEP with descriptions for their reference.
