NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS - Help Desk Analyst

Educational Service Unit #2 in Fremont, NE is searching for a qualified full-time/part-time Help Desk Analyst to support schools in the ESU 2 area. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Google Domain Administration & Google Apps for Education
  • Experience with setting up and imaging Macs & Windows Computers
  • Stay-up-to-date on current security trends, threats, & techniques
  • Multi-Platform end user desktop support
  • Ensure reliable operations by training client personnel and providing support
  • Provide reference by writing clear documentation
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and participating in professional organizations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & troubleshooting of regional information technology that keep technical aspects of K-12 schools in the ESU 2 area running smoothly
  • Troubleshooting of all server-related issues
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting of multi vendor networks
  • Server hardware research and possible procurement for server upgrades
  • Systems administration in an educational setting implementing computer system requirements by defining & analyzing system problems and designing and testing standards and solutions
  • A proven background in:
    • Security
    • Computer Administration
    • Virtualization
    • K-12 Education
